A friend of mine, Mark Webber has written a blog regarding a Persimmon Tree'.  I hope you find it interesting.  This tree may be a good Ash Tree replacement and a food source for humans as well as wildlife. http://

How is your pot Danny? I did not hear from you?

Danny if the pot has any cracks I would let it be. But if it is sturdy enough do the following:
Combine equal parts of white vinegar and rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Spray small section of inside of the pot first to spot test making sure it doesn't discolor or damage the surface that you are planning to clean.

Then spray the salt deposit stains with the solution and let it soak in for a few minutes. Scrub the stain with the scrub pad. Spray more of the solution onto the surface as you work if the mixture begins to dry. Rinse the treated area thoroughly with water. You can use a garden hose outside. repeat this if white salt deposits are still there.

Hope this helps. I have another group for these questions. The group with big blue question mark! But anything goes here!

I guess that's what is on the pot...I was given the pot by a friend (it would look good if cleaned)

Danny that is a great looking pot! Is that the salt deposits from hard water that you want to clean?
