I live in a very small town with a yard no bigger than 60x 90. Not a blade of grass grows here,instead I grow about250 daylilies,75+ irises and several different hostas. I also have many accent and filler plants along with containers etc...

It began with just one daylily

But then it turned to two

Well things just couldn't stay that way

So shortly there were a few.

That was quickly followed

Cause then I had over four

Now the craving was started

I wanted more and more.

A nice little garden set

And a lovely little rose

The cutest little hosta

I must have one of those.

I really love the spiders

And the minis are so nice

Some can be as small

As teeny tiny mice.

There once was a girl I called sister

I really, really will miss her.

With spring coming soon daylilies in bloom,

I know I won't get to see her!

I have always loved the Siloam series of daylilies. They have so many great ones. I think I had Baby Doll once, but lost it in a move. I will keep my eyes open.

Thanks Susan! I am definitely enjoying my gardening. I am planning on sending my friend home with some divisions when she visits me this long weekend coming up. So I can make room for some more daylilies. Being here reminded me of why I love them so much. I hope I can tap you for helping plan a succession of blooms. I am thinking I may need some early blooming purple/plums as I have some mid season oranges and late season reds. I also want some little plants to go with my iris in my driveway border. No Stella's though. They are in everyone's landscape. I am looking for more unique variety's.
